About The Position

Cipriani & Werner is a multidisciplinary law firm focused on understanding clients’ needs and delivering expected results. The firm is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney to join its growing Harrisburg-area team in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. The position manages client relationships and a caseload under supervision, handles legal research and drafting, and represents clients in hearings and other proceedings. It is an in-person role that includes day travel to hearings and depositions; overnight travel is not regularly expected. The stated salary range is $90,000–$110,000, with bonuses available to those who qualify. Actual compensation depends on factors including experience and qualifications. Requirements

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school.
Active license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
Self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time-management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills.
Ability to work as a team member in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analyze various legal issues.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
Represent clients in court hearings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
Maintain billable hours as necessary.
Manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision.
Assist in representing clients in motion practice, conferences, and trials when and where necessary.
