Requirements

• Florida Bar admission.
• 0–2 years of legal experience; newly admitted attorneys are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Must meet billing goal expectations.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, for negotiations and proceedings.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
• Conduct legal research, assist with hearing preparation, and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain up-to-date client files for team access.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
