About The Position

This role is part of Alcon’s Supply Chain function and supports efficient warehouse and distribution center operations. The associate helps optimize storage and material flows, manages inventory, coordinates shipments, and maintains accurate records while following established procedures and exercising limited decision-making authority. The position requires strict adherence to Good Practice (GxP) regulations, including following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining complete documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training. Associates are expected to meet individual job requirements, support organizational compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement. The position is onsite at Alcon’s Centre Site in Fort Worth, Texas, and works second shift, 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime may be needed, including some Saturdays. Relocation assistance and sponsorship are not available.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Three years of relevant experience.
Adherence to regulatory requirements, SOPs, documentation, quality control, and required training.

Nice To Haves

Flexibility to work overtime when needed, including some Saturdays.
SAP or DLX experience.
Forklift experience, such as standup forklift, power jack, or auto picker.
Prior warehouse experience.

Responsibilities
