About The Position

Cat Care Professionals is seeking an Associate Veterinarian for their feline-only practice in Lake Oswego, OR. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with cats of all kinds, including domestic and exotic, and is dedicated to delivering an elevated level of care. The practice emphasizes Fear-Free care and exceptional medicine, aiming for a supportive and balanced work environment. The position involves 45-minute appointments with limited fit-ins and no emergency cases. The team is collaborative, with a Medical Director, other DVMs, an experienced Hospital Manager, skilled CVTs, and dedicated support staff. The clinic offers a peaceful, natural-light-filled second-floor location with 5 exam rooms, 2-3 doctors per day, and modern equipment. Each doctor has a private office, and the team benefits from monthly meetings with catered lunches and high-quality snacks.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent.
  • Great surgical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated level of care to cats of all kinds (domestic + exotic).
  • Provide exceptional medicine and practice Fear-Free care.
  • Conduct 45-minute appointments.

  • Educate clients and collaborate with colleagues and pet parents.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings.
