About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role offers a unique approach to veterinary medicine, prioritizing work-life balance and veterinarian well-being. You will have a guaranteed salary with the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted into additional PTO. You will practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience and building relationships with teams. The role emphasizes practicing medicine your way, without production quotas, negative accrual, or restrictive non-competes, focusing on patient care rather than numbers. Requirements

  • DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
  • Active license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
  • 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
  • Confidence practicing independently
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills

  • Internship training
