About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role offers a unique approach to veterinary medicine, prioritizing veterinarian wellbeing by providing a sustainable career path with control over one's schedule and guaranteed income. As a part-time W-2 employee working 1-3 days per week, you will receive a guaranteed biweekly salary, benefits, and dedicated scheduling support. You will have the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted into additional PTO. The role involves practicing across various trusted hospital settings, gaining diverse clinical experience while maintaining the support and stability of a single employer. IndeVets emphasizes clinical autonomy with no production quotas, no negative accrual, and no restrictive non-competes, focusing on patient care rather than numbers. Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
• Active license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
• Confidence practicing independently
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
