About The Position

Reformation is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its Henderson store in Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on meeting sales goals, building lasting client relationships, creating an excellent in-store experience, and representing the brand and its sustainability mission. Sales Associates help maintain inventory accuracy, loss prevention, merchandising standards, and an inspiring, accessible store environment while sharing product knowledge and customer feedback with the team.

The schedule requires at least 15 hours per week across a minimum of three days per week, including weekends. A flexible schedule covering days, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required to meet business needs. The anticipated base hourly pay range is $16–$26, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

Requirements

• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• A driven approach to taking on new challenges and self-motivation in work and career.
• Availability to work at least 15 hours per week and at least three days per week, including weekends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays when required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist with clientele generation through customer engagement.
• Create an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
• Deliver an excellent client experience with a customer-first mindset and build long-term loyal client relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying brand values, engaging customers with the brand, sharing Reformation stories, and educating customers about sustainability.
• Maintain strong customer experience feedback and service evaluation scores through NPS.
• Support inventory accuracy and controls in the store.
• Contribute to loss prevention across the business.
• Uphold the time and attendance policy.
• Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards.
• Share product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm.
• Communicate product feedback based on customer feedback to help improve products and merchandising.
• Help maintain an inspiring store environment where products are easily accessible.
