About The Position

Reformation is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for its Henderson location in Dallas, Texas. The role supports store sales and operations by engaging customers, delivering an elevated and memorable shopping experience, building loyal client relationships, and representing the brand and its sustainability mission. Associates share product knowledge and brand stories, help maintain inventory accuracy and loss prevention, and ensure the selling floor and store environment meet brand standards. The role requires a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week across at least three days per week.

Requirements

• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• A driven approach to taking on new challenges and self-motivation in work and career.
• Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and a minimum of three days per week, including weekends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays when required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in generating clientele through customer engagement.
• Contribute to an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
• Foster an excellent client experience with a customer-first mindset and build long-term, loyal client relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying brand values, engaging customers with the brand, sharing Reformation stories, and educating customers about sustainability.
• Maintain strong customer-experience feedback and NPS service-evaluation scores.
• Support consistent inventory accuracy and controls in the store.
• Contribute to loss prevention in all areas of the business.
• Uphold the time and attendance policy.
• Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards at all times.
• Share product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm.
• Communicate customer feedback about products to help improve products and merchandising.
• Help maintain an inspiring store environment where products are easily accessible.
