About The Position

Proofpoint’s People Centric Managed Services (PCMS) team is seeking an Associate Triage Analyst to assist with alert triage, event monitoring, and operational checks for supported systems. The role supports monitoring events for PCMS customers, escalating necessary events through approved client escalation paths, and assisting customers and internal teams with metrics and reporting from security platforms. The analyst will also help improve monitoring and alerting for PCMS clients. All work must adhere to Proofpoint’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes participating in annual information and network security training and accepting ad hoc spot checks. Team members are expected to understand the importance of the ISMS and the proper handling of client data.

Requirements

Experience analyzing data from within a large data set.
Experience in customer service.
Experience working on a team.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Assist with monitoring events for Proofpoint PCMS customers.
Escalate necessary events to clients through approved escalation paths.
Assist customers and internal teams with metrics and reporting from security platforms.
Assist with improving monitoring and alerting for Proofpoint PCMS clients.
Adhere to the company’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, including annual security training and ad hoc spot checks.
Handle client data in accordance with ISMS requirements.
