Our Personal Lines Sales team is seeking an Associate Territory Sales Manager to work in New York. This is a full-time, exempt role. This position partners with the Assistant Regional Vice President (ARVP) in the coordination and execution of agency prospecting, agency onboarding, agency training, meeting setup, and agency marketing designed to improve agency satisfaction, CSR loyalty, and engagement. The role provides training to CSRs/Agents on all Hanover systems, including billing and Tap Sales. It works closely with the ARVP to improve new business results and increase conversion rates on consolidations. The Associate Territory Sales Manager responds to agent service questions and coordinates in resolving problems with Underwriting and First Contact. Travel with, and sometimes without the ARVP within NY State is required to meet with CSRs/Agents.
