The Hanover's Personal Lines Sales team is seeking an Associate Territory Sales Manager to work in New York. This is a full-time, exempt role. The position involves partnering with the Assistant Regional Vice President (ARVP) to coordinate and execute agency prospecting, onboarding, training, meeting setup, and marketing efforts aimed at improving agency satisfaction, CSR loyalty, and engagement. The role includes training CSRs/Agents on Hanover systems, billing, and Tap Sales. The Associate Territory Sales Manager will work closely with the ARVP to enhance new business results and increase conversion rates on consolidations. Responsibilities also include responding to agent service questions and coordinating problem resolution with Underwriting and First Contact. The role requires travel with, and sometimes without, the ARVP within NY State to meet with CSRs/Agents.
