About The Position

As a Flex Services Technician, you’ll install, repair, test, and service a wide range of systems and communication technologies. You’ll diagnose and repair hardware and peripheral issues using efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime, install and test hardware according to specialized instructions, complete technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance, and support Insight’s depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair. The position is fully onsite at Insight’s Fort Worth, Texas office.

Requirements

• IT-related certificate or diploma.
• 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• A+ certification.
• Previous experience working as a certified HP, Dell, or Lenovo technician.

Responsibilities
