About The Position

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and supporting visual merchandising, promotional setups, and events. You’ll work collaboratively to support client service and sales goals, foster an inclusive team culture, and follow company policies to help provide a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a flex, non-guaranteed-hours role requiring 4–14 hours per week, with availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
Ability to support outstanding client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Availability for 4–14 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
