Operations Associate - Flex
About The Position
The Operations Associate supports smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising and promotional setups. The associate also supports client service, sales goals, an inclusive and collaborative team culture, and a safe, secure shopping environment. This is a flex role with non-guaranteed hours, requiring 4–14 hours per week and availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. The position is hourly and non-exempt, with a listed pay range of $19.80–$22.90 per hour. Actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors. Healthcare and wellbeing benefits are available based on eligibility.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and communicate it.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability for 4–14 hours per week, including peak retail operations on nights, weekends, and holidays.
