About The Position

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution. You’ll also support the team in serving clients and achieving sales goals, foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, and follow company policies to help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a flex position with non-guaranteed hours, requiring 4–14 hours per week and availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
Ability to support outstanding client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Meet the required minimum of 4–14 weekly hours for a flex position.
Available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
