About The Position

The Wesco Supply Chain Development Program is a 24-month rotational program designed to prepare you for a Supply Chain role within Wesco. The completion of the program will result in placement in a full-time Supply Chain position. The program consists of four, six-month rotations through several core Supply Chain functions, including DC/Branch Operations, Category Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain Electives such as Transportation, Advanced Operations & LEAN, Advanced Analytics, and Sustainability & Supplier Diversity. You will work directly under the supervision of one of our Supply Chain leaders and receive a peer mentor. The program includes an in-person orientation, virtual mid-year events with leadership speakers and training, and a graduation ceremony at Wesco's Pittsburgh-based HQ with executive leaders and final program presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a business-related field.
• Graduated within the past 12 months.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Result-oriented team player mindset.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Prior internship in a business-related field.
• Ability to travel 0% - 25%.

• Experience working for an industrial distributor, contractor, or Supplier.

Responsibilities
