Rexel USA is seeking a Sales & Operations Development Program Associate for its Northeast Region, starting in June 2027. The 12-month Accelerated Commercial Experience (ACE) is a rotational program designed to give early-career associates broad, hands-on exposure to the electrical distribution industry. Through assignments, cross-functional projects, structured training, and mentorship, trainees develop commercial, operational, and leadership skills while learning about Rexel’s people, products, customers, and business operations. Rotations cover warehouse and logistics, sales, operations, and project management. Trainees learn supply-chain processes; gain experience in counter, inside, and outside sales; explore business drivers such as safety, profitability, inventory, and customer service; and support project activities including order placement, shipment tracking, billing coordination, and quotation preparation. Toward the end of the program, trainees may pursue elective rotations based on their interests, career goals, and local opportunities. These may include returning to a previous rotation, specializing in products or services, or completing a customized rotation. Program cohort experiences include orientation and graduation at Rexel’s Dallas headquarters, as well as workshops and product training at varying locations. After successful completion, ACE Trainees may pursue roles in sales, operations, project management, procurement, marketing, future leadership, and other areas. The position involves working with Rexel leaders and team members, contributing to business priorities, and building relationships across functions. The role may include travel to offsite locations and exposure to warehouse environments, electrical hazards, noise, heat, and cold. The stated pay range is $28.00 to $30.00, depending on qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law.
