About The Position

Applied Underwriters’ Finance & Accounting Development Program (FADP) is a three-year, full-time rotational program for recent graduates. The program prepares participants for long-term success through structured development, cross-functional experience, formal paid training, mentorship, and academic support. The position is associated with a June 2027 program start.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Foundational knowledge of journal entry preparation and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Professional experience in an accounting or finance role through a job or internship.
