About The Position

Rexel USA is hiring a Sales & Operations Development Program Associate for its 12-month Accelerated Commercial Experience (ACE), starting in June 2027 in Anaheim, California. The rotational program offers early-career associates broad exposure to the electrical distribution industry through hands-on assignments, cross-functional projects, structured training, and mentorship. Participants work alongside Rexel leaders and team members, contribute to business priorities, and build commercial, operational, and leadership skills while exploring career paths suited to their interests and strengths. Rotations provide experience in warehouse and logistics processes, sales, business operations, and project management. Toward the end of the program, associates may pursue elective rotations based on their interests, career goals, and local opportunities. Electives may include deeper experience in a previous rotation, product specialist work in areas such as Automation, Lighting, Gear, Datacom, or Services, or a customized rotation developed with local leadership. Cohort experiences include orientation and graduation at Rexel's Dallas headquarters, as well as workshops and product training at varying locations. After successfully completing the program, associates may pursue opportunities in sales, operations, project management, procurement, marketing, leadership, and other areas of the organization.
