About The Position

Insulet is seeking a highly motivated undergraduate student pursuing a supply-chain-focused degree for a cooperative educational position in its Acton, Massachusetts office. The Supply Chain Co-op will support the Supply Chain Planning Team with analytics and reporting to improve data-driven decision-making through automated reporting methods, data visualization, and business intelligence tools. Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in one or more reporting tools.
Strong examples of data visualization.
In-depth understanding of supply chain and MRP processes, including new process and system implementation.
Experience with supplier certification and performance metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

Deliver a defined set of projects within the Supply Chain team, including developing analytical tools, reports, and a metrics dashboard.
Develop tools and methods to provide a full view of current and projected finished-goods inventory availability and days on hand.
Enable visibility and real-time decision-making across the extended supply chain.
Support the S&OP Manager in redefining the Production Planning Process.
Deliver a robust KPI dashboard for the Supply Chain Planning team using standardized, agreed-upon measures.
Provide analytical support for ad hoc Supply Chain Planning projects.
Assist in developing consistent, effective reporting to manage performance and highlight issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
