About The Position

As an Associate Specialist, Logistics, you will deliver exceptional service to customers and drivers before, during, and after calls. You will monitor transportation activity, respond to customer and driver needs, gather and enter updates, and help resolve active run problems.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to multitask and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Experience handling high phone volume in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong driver and customer interaction experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of deviations from the run schedule.
• Answer incoming driver and customer calls and emails, and address their needs.
• Call drivers and carriers to obtain updates and enter accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate issues to customers and drivers.
• Monitor and update all Active Run problems.
