About The Position

As an Associate Specialist, Logistics at RXO, you will provide exceptional service to customers and drivers before, during, and after calls. The role supports transportation operations by tracking pickups and deliveries, responding to customer and driver inquiries, gathering and recording dispatch updates, communicating issues, and monitoring active-run problems.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to multitask and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Experience handling high phone volume in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong driver and customer interaction experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Availability to work weekend day shift.
• Spanish language skills (not required).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of deviations from the run schedule.
• Respond to incoming driver and customer calls and emails and address their needs.
• Contact drivers and carriers for updates and enter accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate issues to customers and drivers.
• Monitor and update all active-run problems.
