Associate Solution Consultant

Drips•Austin, TX

About The Position

The Associate Solutions Consultant drives the ideation, intake, and delivery of use cases after an enterprise agreement is signed. The role supports active enterprise accounts across the Solutions Consulting team and focuses on structuring and sequencing new use cases as each client’s work grows, turning client requirements into a connected customer experience. It emphasizes sustained account partnership across the lifespan of an enterprise relationship rather than deal-by-deal pursuit. The role works closely with client business owners and internal partners, including Solutions Consultants, Implementation, Client Success, Product, Production, and UX. It helps carry design intent and scope through delivery, tracks product requests and client use-case records, and escalates business-case, pricing, or scope decisions to the assigned Solutions Consultant(s) and Director. The role does not report to or sit under an individual Solutions Consultant. Applicants are asked to submit a cover letter with their resume, under 250 words, describing at least two Key Responsibilities they have direct experience with, the Drips core value they embody most, and their salary requirements or range.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 1 to 3 years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation, client success, cross-functional project coordination, or a related client-facing or technical-delivery role.
  • Strong organizational discipline and ability to track multiple concurrent workstreams against different timelines without losing detail.
  • Comfort building and refining structured intake templates or processes and iterating based on stakeholder experience.
  • Familiarity and comfort discussing data integration concepts and translating technical requirements to IT and business stakeholders, including APIs and flat-file/SFTP exchange.
  • Strong Salesforce discipline and comfort maintaining accurate use case and case records.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including coordinating directly with client business owners and internal stakeholders across functions.
  • Comfort operating without formal authority and sound judgment about when to escalate rather than resolve.

Nice To Haves

  • B2B SaaS experience is ideal.
  • Experience with or exposure to healthcare, insurance, education, or another highly regulated industry; demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in a regulated market is also considered.
  • Working familiarity with use-case or requirements documentation, such as PSGs or BRDs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with client business owners to identify, structure, and sequence new use cases under existing enterprise agreements; determine what requires new build versus reusable functionality and connect use cases to the broader client experience.
  • Maintain intake templates and project specification guides for client business owners.
  • Schedule discovery sessions based on client go-live dates and internal governance cycles as intake forms are returned, coordinating with a client-side PMO or strategic projects function when present.
  • Support the handoff of scope, rationale, and design intent to Implementation, Production, UX, and Client Success at kickoff, and provide continuity for design-intent questions during build.
  • Submit and track product and feature requests tied to signed agreements, report request timelines to clients, and follow up with Product or Engineering on requests that are closed, absorbed, or deprioritized.
  • Maintain accurate and current UCA inventory attachments, use case statuses, and related Salesforce records across active use cases under enterprise agreements.
  • Work with the Solutions Consultant(s) and Director assigned to an enterprise account, escalating business-case, pricing, or scope decisions.
