About The Position

This role supports the development and deployment of software solutions that meet customer requirements and operate in scalable, highly available environments. It involves designing, implementing, and testing software components using technologies such as virtualization, microservices, software-defined networking, network functions virtualization, and big data platforms. The position collaborates with engineering teams and follows detailed instructions under close supervision to complete routine technical assignments. Success is measured by delivering functional software stacks, maintaining clear documentation, and contributing to continuous system improvements. The work enables advanced software solutions that enhance system performance and support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
• Required skills and knowledge: analytical thinking, analytics, business requirements documentation (BRD), collaboration, communication, customer service, programming languages, software development, source code management, and technical writing.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Travel is required.

Nice To Haves

• Computer Science or Engineering area of study preferred.
• Less than 2 years of technical engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software solutions to meet customer requirements and support scalable, highly available environments.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation for software code, system designs, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver software solutions and communicate technical ideas effectively.
• Contribute to understanding and applying current and emerging technologies to support business goals.
• Identify and share ideas for system analysis and continuous improvement of existing processes and services.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management.
