You will collaborate with Product, Design, SRE, and Cloud Infrastructure teams. The role involves leading projects through design and delivery, contributing to technical direction, improving service reliability, reviewing work, mentoring engineers, and participating in on-call rotations. The position offers base salary without variable compensation. Eligible employees may participate in Elastic’s stock program. The typical starting salary range is $133,100–$210,600 USD, with an alternate range of $159,900–$252,900 USD in specified locations. Salary placement depends on factors including qualifications, experience, skills, location, performance, and organizational needs. Elastic describes its benefits as regionally adapted and focused on employee well-being.
