This role will help evolve strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, personalization, and conversion—led by social-first thinking. The ideal candidate has experience executing social programs for a nationally recognized brand or digital/social agency with CPG clients. Candidates should have up to three years of organic social and community management experience, with a strong pulse on social, influencer, and content trends. While social expertise is paramount, familiarity with eCRM and eCommerce is expected. This individual is performance-driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.
