Provides remote technical assistance for end-user hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment. Serves as the first point of contact for technical issues via phone, email, or remote support tools, resolving routine issues in accordance with established procedures and escalating complex cases to higher-level IT support teams as necessary. The Offices Under the President will seek to fill the position by means of the Job Fair process.
