Medela is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Associate Sales Representative to support our Maternal and NICU sales team across a large East Coast territory spanning from Maine to Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare sales, work alongside experienced medical device sales professionals, and make a meaningful impact on patient care. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably B2B or healthcare-related sales
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Participating in field rides and customer visits to learn the sales process from the ground up
  • Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training
  • Supporting product trials, installations, and customer implementations
  • Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Assisting with strategic account planning and revenue growth initiatives
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Staying informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
  • Traveling approximately 85% of the time throughout the assigned territory
