About The Position

Radiometer, one of Danaher’s operating companies, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their Blood Gas Sales Team. This role is focused on building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth with existing clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for creating and executing a territory plan to achieve year-over-year growth, meeting annual performance objectives and quota. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is a remote role covering Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware, requiring at least 70% travel throughout the territory, including overnight stays. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, science major preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience required, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • 1+ years of capital equipment sales experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the last 3 years.
  • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in respiratory therapy, nursing, clinical lab, or similar work experience.
  • Understanding of business management systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database, and CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a territory plan to win new customers, retain base business, and expand footprint in existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Progress sales funnel and sales advances with onsite sales calls.
  • Conduct annual customer business reviews of top accounts.
  • Assist in managing escalated accounts in coordination with the regional support team.
  • Maintain accurate sales funnel, customer contacts, activities, and forecast in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Deliver high-value proposals to meet customer needs while meeting company growth objectives.
