About The Position

The Associate Sales Consultant helps clients make informed decisions about their financial futures. The role supports clients in either Workplace Retirement or Personal Investors, with placement determined by business need. In Workplace Retirement, the consultant educates and assists participants in employer-sponsored retirement plans with retirement planning, investment options, and portfolio-related questions; builds participant relationships; resolves complex inquiries; and identifies referral opportunities for licensed Financial Consultants. In Personal Investors, the consultant works directly with individual investors to provide education and guidance on investment, retirement, and financial-planning needs. The position offers an opportunity to develop a career in financial services through direct client interaction, exposure to investment products and services, and learning about investing and retirement planning. New associates begin with a cohort in a structured orientation that includes interactive learning, real-world client scenarios, mentorship, and exposure to leaders and career paths across Individual Investors.
