This role is designed as a development opportunity within the centralized sales team. As an Associate Representative, you will build core sales skills by engaging with existing customers—primarily by phone and email—to support revenue growth. You will learn to identify customer needs, up-sell and cross-sell products and services, and deliver a positive buying experience that creates long-term value. You will work closely with Outside Sales to support customer accounts, reinforce sales strategies, and ensure shared goals are met. This role provides hands-on experience, coaching, and exposure to the full sales cycle, preparing you for future advancement within the sales organization.
