About The Position

Deriva Energy is seeking an Associate Renewable Resource Coordinator (ARRC) to support one or more renewable energy facilities or a specific customer. The role works with a diverse group of resources to support safe, efficient, event-free operations at assigned renewable energy assets and, as needed, other assets. The position is based at Los Vientos III, IV, V Wind Farm in Rio Grande City, Texas, and the candidate must live within a reasonable commuting distance.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the job location.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship or takeover of sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree.
Military background.
Two or more years of accounting or auditing experience.
First Aid CPR.
Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and the flow of invoices through the corporate accounts payable system, Basware.
Order inventory items, materials, tooling, and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies through Supply Chain and Material Management; ensure inventory parts have active reorder points for automated reordering.
Manage site inventory, including counting, receiving, organizing, unloading, and loading inventory parts, tooling, personal protective equipment (PPE), and MRO materials in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Manage tool asset calibration processes for calibrated tooling controlled by the assigned asset.
Complete or arrange completion of certain shop preventive maintenance tasks, including EHS and SPCC tasks.
Manage site guests.
Support site personnel.
Facilitate onboarding of new hires.
Facilitate certain training for core team members.
