About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring an Associate Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition team. The role manages the candidate experience from initial application through offer and partners with hiring managers to identify, screen, and hire qualified candidates for regional operations teams. This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting position focused on relationship building, organization, communication, and delivering results in a metrics-driven environment. The position is onsite in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Administer candidate assessments through the Predictive Index system.
Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to gather feedback and refine candidate screening.
Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and meet established performance goals.
