About The Position

Krystal Biotech is seeking a highly motivated, field-based Regional Gene Therapy Liaison (RGTL) to support the promotion and commercialization of Vyjuvek, a non-invasive topical gene therapy for patients with dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (DEB). The position covers Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, and Kansas, with Dallas or Houston identified as ideal locations. The RGTL will work with pediatric dermatologists and other healthcare professionals and stakeholders involved in DEB diagnosis, management, and treatment, compliantly educating them about Vyjuvek and identifying customer needs. The RGTL will represent the voice of the customer to Krystal teams and contribute to access and coordination at sites of care. It is an entry point into the ultra-rare disease and gene therapy space, with potential for career growth. This is a highly field-intensive position requiring at least 75% travel, including overnight and regional travel. It is an at-will, full-time, benefits-eligible position with an initial fixed term of six months. Continued employment beyond the initial term, including extension or conversion to a full-time role, will depend on individual performance and business needs and is not guaranteed. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, patient-centricity, collaboration, and strict adherence to corporate and industry compliance standards.
