About The Position

Pulley is hiring an Associate Project Manager, Permitting, based in Ohio. The role supports the in-house permitting team in delivering reliable permitting outcomes for customers. You will assist lead project managers, research permit requirements, prepare permit plans, communicate with city staff about nuances and ambiguities, monitor permit status and responses, provide product and engineering feedback, and help refine standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Must be located in Ohio.
• 3+ years in construction management or architecture, with a focus on project management.
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits.
• Ability to research permit requirements accurately.
• Comfort interfacing with city staff and navigating administrative processes.
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving ability.
