About The Position

Pulley is hiring an Associate Project Manager, Permitting, based in Utah. The role supports the in-house permitting team in delivering reliable permitting outcomes for customers. The associate will assist lead project managers, research permit requirements, prepare permit plans, coordinate with city staff, monitor permit status, and contribute feedback to improve Pulley’s software and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Must be located in Utah.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction management or architecture, with a focus on project management.
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits.
• Ability to research permit requirements accurately.
• Comfort interfacing with city staff and navigating administrative processes.
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving ability.
