About The Position

Pulley’s in-house permitting team helps customers achieve fast, reliable permitting outcomes. The Associate Project Manager, Permitting supports lead project managers, researches permit requirements, assists with permit plans, coordinates with city staff, monitors permit status, and contributes feedback and process improvements. Candidates must be located in Arizona.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in construction management or architecture, with a focus on project management.
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits.
• Ability to research permit requirements accurately.
• Comfort interfacing with city staff and navigating administrative processes.
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving ability.
• Must be located in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Support lead project managers in delivering permitting outcomes for customers.
• Conduct permit research accurately.
• Assist in preparing permit plans.
