About The Position

Pulley is hiring an Associate Project Manager, Permitting, based in Indiana. The role supports the in-house permitting team in delivering fast, reliable permitting outcomes for customers. You will assist lead project managers with permit research and preparation, coordinate with city staff to resolve nuances and ambiguities, monitor permit status, and help improve Pulley’s software and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Must be located in Indiana.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction management or architecture, with a focus on project management.
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits.
• Ability to research permit requirements accurately.
• Comfort interfacing with city staff and navigating administrative processes.
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving ability.
