About The Position

The Associate Product Quality Analyst develops expertise in assigned product lines and uses customer feedback and product insights to uphold Uline’s quality standards. The role partners with internal teams and vendors to investigate quality concerns, identify solutions, and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Uline’s quality expert for an assigned product line by analyzing customer comments and product returns to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with product managers, purchasing vendors, and warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
• Work directly with Uline vendors to facilitate product returns and credits.
• Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure products meet Uline’s quality standards.
