Associate Product Manager (INTERNAL ONLY)
About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join the product team. The role supports product execution through program management, market research, and reviews of technical solutions, combining analytical skills, organizational expertise, and technical curiosity. The APM coordinates work across teams, informs roadmap decisions with market and customer insights, and documents and validates technical solutions to improve product performance and impact. The position also provides stakeholders with visibility into progress, risks, and decisions through consistent communication and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, program management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and program management abilities, including managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-team priorities.
- Analytical mindset and experience conducting market research and competitive analysis and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
- Technical curiosity and foundational knowledge in scripting, APIs, or data pipelines, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical detail into business impact.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalents.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate product initiatives across engineering, design, and business teams.
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap updates.
- Conduct industry research, competitive benchmarking, and customer interviews.
- Capture and synthesize customer feedback into product requirements.
- Define success metrics and support data-driven prioritization.
- Document existing scripts, workflows, and tools in collaboration with engineering.
- Explore and test new technologies to validate product improvements.
- Partner with data teams to measure product impact and ensure solutions scale.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
