About The Position

New York Chinese Alliance Church (NYCAC), an urban church on the Lower East Side of New York City and part of the Metro District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA), is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor for its Cantonese congregation. The role assists the Senior Pastor in leading the congregation to fulfill NYCAC’s mission and vision, reports ministry progress regularly to the Senior Pastor, Governing Board, and Diaconate, and leads believers toward holistic growth. The role also assists with church administration and attends pastoral staff, Governing Board, and Diaconate meetings, retreats, and annual evaluations. Applicants must meet the stated theological education, ministry experience, language, and C&MA credential requirements. The position requires licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance.
