About The Position

GroundTruth is an advertising platform that turns real-world behavior into marketing that drives in-store visits and other real business results. We use observed real-world consumer behavior, including location and purchase data, to create targeted advertising campaigns across all screens, measure how consumers respond, and uncover unique insights to help optimize ongoing and future marketing efforts. With this focus on media, measurement, and insights, we provide marketers with tools to deliver media campaigns that drive measurable impact, such as in-store visits, sales, and more. We’re seeking an Associate Partner Manager with 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in Ad Tech / Digital advertising to join our reseller partnerships group. The Associate Partner Manager is primarily responsible for assisting existing Partner Managers, Senior Partner Managers and Directors in their revenue generation and technical support of external reseller sales teams. Associate Partner Managers are integral to the team’s success by contributing to quantifying campaign performance, sharing information and implementing best practices. The Associate Partner Manager is an entry level sales position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or other related Business field and 1-2 years of experience from digital sales or traditional media company, preferably mobile/location, OR 4 years of experience from digital sales or traditional media company, preferably mobile/location
  • A go-getter mentality, with a drive to identify and grow partner business
  • Strong organizational, communication, planning skills, attention to detail, and an appreciation of deadlines and goals
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize issues
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital media organizations a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and complete request for proposals (RFPs) within designated pod
  • Utilize campaign data analytics and insights to assist the Partner Manager with creating post-sale recommendations and optimization opportunities
  • Develop a sophisticated understanding of GroundTruth product and capabilities, translate your knowledge into media plans that help clients meet their objectives and solve business problems
  • Communicate effectively, via phone or email, to external customers, salespeople and support personnel leveraging GT tech in a sales capacity
  • Design sales materials, one-sheets, brand insight reports and user-guides to educate partners on product use cases and campaign best practices
