About The Position
This role involves managing inbound and outbound packages, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery, and providing excellent customer service. The Associate Operations Processor will handle packages from various carriers, maintain the tracking system, and prepare outbound mail and packages.
Requirements
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be detail oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Mail room experience preferred.
- Ability to run mail meter machine preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound FedEx, USP, DHL, and scan into tracking system.
- Deliver packages and obtain signatures.
- Verify accuracy of all scans and deliveries.
- Collect outbound packages and prepare them according to set guidelines.
- Release packages to FedEx and couriers.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Accurately track packages.
- Respond to customers via email.
- Prepare outbound branch mail through courier and FedEx.
