About The Position

This role involves managing inbound and outbound packages, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery, and providing excellent customer service. The Associate Operations Processor will be responsible for scanning packages into the tracking system, delivering and obtaining signatures, verifying scan accuracy, and preparing outbound packages for FedEx and couriers. Additionally, the role requires responding to customer inquiries via email and preparing outbound branch mail.

Requirements

• Must be computer literate
• detail oriented

• Mail room experience preferred.
• Ability to run mail meter machine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound FedEx, USP, DHL, scan into tracking system.
• Deliver and obtain signatures.
• Verify accuracy of all scans and deliveries.
• Collect outbound packages and prepare according to set guidelines releasing packages to Fed Ex and couriers.
• Provide excellent customer service, accurately track packages, and respond to customers via email.
• Prepare outbound branch mail through courier and FedEx.
