About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor supporting Cash Vault Services as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation (CSBBO). In this role, you will receive, verify, and process customer cash and coin transactions in a secure vault environment. You will count, balance, and reconcile currency and coin transactions to ensure accuracy, and maintain accurate transaction records and operational documentation. You will follow established procedures, risk controls, and regulatory requirements, and research and resolve transaction discrepancies to ensure operational integrity. You will meet daily productivity, quality, and service level expectations, and collaborate with team members to support efficient cash vault operations. You will safeguard customer assets through adherence to security and cash-handling protocols, and provide quality support to internal and external customers. You will contribute to a fast-paced, production-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

Experience in cash handling (large amounts)
Cash vault operations including currency processing experience
Experience working in a production-driven environment with established productivity and quality expectations
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
10-key numerical data entry experience
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to adapt quickly and remain flexible in response to changing business needs.
Consumer regulatory risk management experience
