This role is for a builder: someone who sees a manual process and immediately starts sketching a better one, who treats every campaign as an experiment with something to learn, and who is genuinely excited about what AI can unlock in marketing. Reporting to the Associate Director of Demand Generation, you'll own campaign execution while actively improving the infrastructure behind it — from automation logic and lead flows to AI-assisted workflows and performance frameworks. The role partners closely with commercial teams, product marketing and cross functional teams to drive awareness and generate qualified demand across healthcare stakeholders, with a clear line of sight from campaign activity to revenue impact.
