About The Position

The Marketing & Digital Associate helps advance the organization’s goals of expanding reach, strengthening audience engagement, and supporting revenue-generating initiatives for the Clinton Foundation. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Digital Marketing, this highly collaborative, resourceful, and organized professional provides essential coordination and execution support across a wide range of marketing and digital projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with hands-on experience creating and publishing social media content, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to support team priorities. They are eager to learn, grow their marketing skillset, and take on increasing responsibility in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Clinton Foundation Marketing and Communications team is responsible for developing and executing external content to advance the reach of the Clinton Foundation’s work and understanding of President Clinton and Secretary Clinton’s lifetime of public service. This team is comprised of writers, marketers, producers, media specialists, content and digital strategists, metrics and data analysts, and creative professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the field required
  • The position affects the public image and reputation of the Foundation and management. They must be highly organized, thorough, accurate; and display good judgment to ensure the best possible representation of the Foundation publicly is required
  • Strong proficiency with social media platforms and publishing

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in social media content production preferred
  • experience with creative production tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Bridge, etc. is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Social Media Manager with the creation, scheduling, publishing, and optimization of content across the Foundation’s social media channels
  • Collaborate on drafting social media copy and adapting content for platform-specific audiences and formats
  • Assist with content planning and editorial calendar management to support organizational priorities and campaigns
  • Monitor audience engagement across social platforms and support community management efforts
  • Track and document social media performance metrics, audience insights, and emerging trends
  • Assist with photography, videography, and content capture at Foundation events, programs, and other organizational activities
  • Coordinate influencer and content creator relationships, including conducting research and developing pitch materials
  • Support the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SMS, web, and other digital channels
  • Support the production of video, podcast, photography, and other creative assets
  • Assist with editing, formatting, and optimizing creative content for use across digital platforms
  • Support the organization and maintenance of digital asset libraries, studio resources, and production files
  • Assist with the maintenance, inventory, and general upkeep of studio equipment and production resources
