About The Position

As the Associate Manager, Sales Account Management – Walmart Air Care, you'll play a key role in driving profitable growth for one of SC Johnson's most important retail customers while helping shape the future of the Air Care category. In this highly visible role, you'll own the development and execution of short- and long-term business strategies that deliver value for both Walmart and SC Johnson. By leveraging customer insights, sales analytics, category trends, and market opportunities, you'll identify growth opportunities and develop winning solutions that strengthen our partnership and accelerate business performance. Success in this role comes from collaboration and influence. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners across Brand Marketing, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Logistics to develop and execute customer-centric strategies that drive results. You'll also build trusted relationships with Walmart, balancing customer needs with SC Johnson's business objectives to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant business experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant business experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ businesses and objectives
  • Develop approaches that align with customer strategies and position the business to capitalize on emerging consumer and market trends
  • Work to penetrate accounts in the buying, retail, and operational functions by developing relationships across multiple levels of the organization
  • Effectively influence within SCJ and at the customer
