About The Position

Through virtual forums, industry discussions, and customized research solutions, BWG helps clients gain timely insights into key industries, market trends, and business developments. We are seeking an Associate to join our Strategic Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is passionate about client service, relationship management, and helping sophisticated clients maximize the value of BWG's research platform and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 0–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, sales support, business development, financial services, research, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with institutional investors, financial services firms, research organizations, media, events, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Interest in financial markets, business research, and industry analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and ongoing account support.
  • Drive client engagement and adoption of BWG's research offerings, events, and services.
  • Manage subscription renewals and work to achieve high client retention rates.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling additional BWG products and services.
  • Coordinate client meetings, reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services and successful execution of client initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate client records, activity tracking, and pipeline management within the company's CRM platform.
  • Monitor client usage, engagement, and satisfaction to proactively address issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Prepare account updates, renewal forecasts, and client performance reports for management.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of BWG's research capabilities, industry coverage, and value proposition.
