Associate Account Executives develop and foster long-term strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients, focusing on retaining, servicing, and expanding key accounts. They lead collaboration across the firm to deliver comprehensive product and service solutions tailored to client needs. Associate Account Executives are established, independent contributors who leverage technical risk expertise and client-facing experience to provide high-quality advisory services that protect client interests and drive revenue growth across multiple product lines. They evaluate exposures, analyze loss and financial data, develop and present customized risk financing and transfer solutions, and partner with senior Account Executives and internal teams to retain and grow business. Acting as trusted client advisors, they navigate complex client questions and midterm policy changes while ensuring full compliance with professional and regulatory standards, directly impacting the team’s success. This role will join the South Central Corporate Segment Team to manage a ~$2.5M Client Service Revenue portfolio spanning approximately 8–10 accounts.
